Questions about Personal Care
Personal care is provided by trained, background-checked caregivers such as certified home health aides (CHHAs). Their work is supervised by our registered nurses.
Yes. Visits are scheduled around your loved one's routine, from a few hours a week to daily visits or live-in care, and can be adjusted as needs change.
This is very common. Caregivers start slowly, explain each step, protect privacy and follow your loved one's preferences. We can also try to match a caregiver they feel comfortable with.
